Merchandising is a critical function in every fashion business. It determines for a fashion company every season’s direction, look, range, lines and offerings. Fashion merchandisers study and interpret forecasts and trends to decide colours, textures, fabrics, silhouettes, embellishments, accessorisation, and, so on, which are then creatively translated by designers into alluring wearable products.Fashion merchandisers are also responsible for product development, taking the company into newer realms of fashion offerings.
Eligibility
Any Graduate of a recognized University Three years Diploma in Garment / Textile / Fashion Technology awarded by AECT All India Council for Technical Education
